Having customized courses for companies over the past 20 years, Insite Ed is fully able to understand the various needs in the company and adapt both the content, skills and activities within a course to the company's best advantage. We call this "curriculating". (There's no such word in the dictionary yet, but there should be; it's a standard practice within any educational instiution). Here's an example. PSG wanted a program for their grads, who join them after studies. We taught the company protocols regarding Email , Business Writing netiquette and customer service.
